Delete your BabyReady data
You can delete your BabyReady account and everything stored with it at any time, in the app or by email. BabyReady is made by BRK Services LLC.
In the app (fastest)
- Open BabyReady.
- On the home screen, scroll to Your data.
- Tap .
- Tap to confirm.
Your data is deleted right away. You can keep using the app afterward; it starts fresh.
By email
If you no longer have the app, email admin@brk-services.com with “Delete my BabyReady data” in the subject. Accounts don’t use names or email addresses, so we may ask for details that help us find yours. We’ll answer within 45 days.
What is deleted
- Your account and its account ID
- Your lesson progress
- Your reflections from class and your Birth Readiness Brief
- Your daily count of questions asked to the instructor
- The copies kept on your phone, when you delete in the app
What is kept
BabyReady keeps nothing after deletion. Questions you asked the instructor were never stored by BabyReady; our AI provider, Anthropic, deletes them within 30 days. If you delete by email, the copy on your phone stays until you delete the app.
Accounts that aren’t opened for 12 months are deleted automatically, the same way.
